The Best of NDCBlogger – Year in Review

148

Well, what a year for NDCBlogger!  After making the decision to go full steam ahead a year ago and start blogging we have had great fun coming up with topics every week that spark debate, question traditional philosophies and hopefully, inspire you to perform with excellence.

We created our blog program as a venue for professionals, like you, to gain insight and clarity around what it truly means to be a manager and leader in today’s world, while providing tips, tactics, stories and strategies to help you along the way.  We hope we provided this insight at the times when you most needed it.  The continuous goal for NDCBlogger is that you find value and direction in our weekly postings and that you are strengthened as a leader within your organization every single day.

We are off this week (enjoying some sun and lemonade) and thought we would cap off this year with some of the best; the blogs that jumped out of the inbox and became a part of your continued quest for professional excellence.  Please provide feedback and comments or topics you’re interested in as we are always looking to improve.  Without further ado, here are the best of NDCBlogger:

Generations in the Workplace

Leadership

Teaming

Social Media

Conflict Management
