Penny Willette of Pownal, Vermont is the Office Assistant at New Directions Consulting. She handles the day-to-day operations of the firm, as well as the production of the firm’s employee training and development workshops.
Willette formerly worked for Mezze Restaurant Group out of Williamstown, MA as their business and HR manager. Prior to joining Mezze, Willette worked for Sante Magazine, a national trade publication for restaurant professionals. Her role as event manager included developing, promoting, marketing, coordinating, and managing the execution of two major annual events, the Sante Restaurant Awards and the Sante Restaurant Symposium. Willette holds an Associate’s degree from the Community College of Vermont.
