It is often said that “Rather than watch and listen, we are expected to think and do.” That’s why our training is described as highly participatory, practical and real-life based. As a participant in New Directions’ training, you will start immediately to discard old habits and learn new skills. Our trainers share "real-life" experiences of the teams/groups they have trained and worked with and the many creative and effective ways organizations have found to involve employees to gain the most from their ideas and participation.
